Biography
Alejandra Cabañas completed her studies as a Gerontologist at the age of 22 years from State University of Mexico, working almost immediately as a university professor. She worked and leaded the curriculum updating of the Bachelor’s degree in gerontology. She also collaborated with a team of physicians and geriatricians investigating clinical cases in the Social Security Institute of the State of Mexico. Now days she is an active member of the American Society of Gerontology and prepares courses for students in México
